To extend the life of our products, we've combined natural woody fibers with a 100% food-grade melamine binder.
We work tirelessly to make our products durable and reusable, however this eco-friendly material is not unbreakable. They will not shatter like the ceramic or glass but if dropped or knocked on a hard surface at a bad angle they can break.
We're perfectly imperfect! Our eco-composite is made with natural elements; therefore, slight color imperfections or inconsistencies may occur.

Je ne pensais pas que c’était fabriqué en Chine. Si j’avais réalisé cela, j’aurais cherché ailleurs… pas visible cette provenance sur votre site
Store owner replied: Bonjour Marie-Sophie, sachez que les plateaux que vous avez commandés sont fabriqués à partir de fibre de bambou (issue de résidus de baguettes de bambou), un matériaux durable que nous utilisons depuis la création d’EKOBO. Le bambou étant principalement disponible en Asie, nous avons fait le choix de travailler directement à proximité de notre matière première. Notre atelier est situé en Chine et nous travaillons avec la même équipe depuis plus de 20 ans. Plutôt que d’importer la fibre de bambou pour la transformer ailleurs, nous avons donc choisi de fabriquer directement les produits à la source. Merci pour votre intérêt pour notre démarche !

The tray is exactly what I was looking for!
Great tray. Could be a little wider to accommodate slightly larger plates, but just big enough.
Aside from wanting this tray to be 1 inch longer and 1 inch deeper...it's perfect. We have another larger one and both serve as liners for heavy or daily use items in the kitchen and they do a great job, look good and are durable.
This tray is a great size, vibrant color, and the slight curve to the edges is perfect - I use it as a pet food dish, and my pups seem to find it better than the other vessels I’ve tried to help them eat more comfortably. So I have a beautiful, unusual, sturdy and easy to clean pet food bowl. Thanks!

This is the third purchase I have made from Ekoba. The trays I have purchased in off white are wonderful, they are sturdy and very easy to clean. These are by far the best trays I have found for varies projects around my house.

After searching for affordable, mid-century style serving trays, I discovered EKOBO. I purchased three trays of different sizes and colors for a holiday present and couldn’t be happier. By accident, I ordered an extra of one size and planned on sending it back. These trays are so beautiful and exactly what I was looking for that I kept the extra for myself!
